Flipkart is hiring for the post of TL Audit!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Perform audits and complete audit reports by physically counting merchandise, investigating variances or discrepancies, identifying and accounting for shrink or overages, and adjusting inventory counts
• Work on the daily/ weekly/monthly reports for correct inventory management
• Maintain the confidentiality of the data
• Monitor and manage the completion of required periodic audits in the guidance of AM-AP.
• Develop and maintain rapport with all departments in the club
• Communicate internally using different methods (e.g., one-on-one, e-mail, meetings, phone calls, written documentation) to promote and maintain open communication
• Develop AP and audit associates and ensure the accountability in absence of AM-
  AP

Requirements:

• Graduate is mandatory
• Advanced knowledge in using MS Excel & PowerPoint
• 3 to 5 Years of experience in handling team
• Preferably from Retail operations/Wholesale Operations/Cash and Carry Business
• Good verbal & written communication skills
• Confident and presentable personality with good people management skills
• Process & result oriented with multi-tasking capabilities
