Regal Rexnord Corporation is hiring for the role of Title Mapping in Progress!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Assist senior designers in modifying existing 2D/3D layouts, and assemblies as per customer requirements.
• Develop/modify part, and assembly drawings by taking inputs such as customer layout, proposal document, and existing references of the existing products, and systems.
• Create 3D parts and part drawings in Creo/SolidWorks.
• Coordinate and create the library of machine layouts, and part and assembly drawings.
• Work on ECRs/ECNs to create complete and accurate drawing packages within the assigned time.
• Perform self-quality checks on the drawings/designs generated as per guidelines.
• Assist inside and outside customers as per set process.
• Monitor performance about quality, cost-effectiveness, and timeliness.
• Track and monitor revisions on drawings.
• Provide order/offer/project updates to the Senior Designer regularly.
• Document all aspects of every project as required.
• Support in creating design documents, installation instructions, customer data sheets, etc.
• Communicate effectively and professionally with customers, co-workers, and company personnel.
• Assume additional roles and responsibilities as required, capable of handling multiple projects.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from a reputed college.      
• Experience: Up to 2 years of experience in designing any industrial products like gearboxes, pumps, motors, Conveyor/material handling equipment/machine tools will be preferred.
• Ability to review and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Minimum 1 year Experience with Creo/SolidWorks.
• Proficient in CAD work (SolidWorks, Creo, SolidEdge, or similar).
• Knowledge of GD&T, and drafting standards.
• Self-motivated, capable of working with minimal supervision and with a sense of urgency.
• Competent in Microsoft computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Good verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
