Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and self-service analytics using ThoughtSpot.
• Integrate Snowflake data warehouse with ThoughtSpot and ensure data availability and performance.
• Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business users to understand requirements and deliver impactful BI solutions.
• Create and maintain ThoughtSpot worksheets, Liveboards, and SpotIQ insights.
• Optimize data models and queries for performance and scalability.
• Implement data governance and security best practices.
• Troubleshoot data issues and performance bottlenecks.
• Document solutions, workflows, and best practices for BI tools and integrations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience working with ThoughtSpot in a BI/Analytics role.
• Strong expertise in Snowflake data warehouse (data modeling, SQL development, performance tuning).
• Solid understanding of modern data architectures and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Proficiency in SQL and data transformation concepts.
• Experience in working with large datasets and real-time analytics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with ETL tools (e.g., dbt, Informatica, Talend, Matillion).
• Familiarity with scripting (Python, Shell) for automation.
• Prior experience integrating other BI tools with Snowflake.
• Knowledge of data security, access controls, and data privacy regulations.
