Third Party Risk Analyst Job in Mumbai at UBS

• Subject matter expert on Third Party and Outsourcing risk management
• Prepare Management, Board, and committee materials on Third Party and Outsourcing risk
• Work closely with global stakeholders to execute and maintain strong third-party risk governance to ensure the effective adoption of the Group TPRM Policy and Framework
• Manage/support the regulatory deliverables across key locations in APAC (Outsourcing Register, periodic reviews on outsourcing relationships, etc.)
• Assist in data analytics and reporting activities (e.g. risk reporting, outsourcing register preparation)
• Identify third-party/outsourcing-related issues, escalate them to local outsourcing committees, manage their closure, and improve risk management framework if necessary.
• Improve tools and processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (4-year university equivalent), minimum of 2-3 years working experience in a similar role in Third Party Risk Management, outsourcing or supply chain project management positions, and application of TPRM/outsourcing regulatory requirements, preferably in the Financial Services industry
• A track record in strong project management skills, effective prioritization of work, analysis, and reporting with the ability to adhere to tight deadlines and develop and maintain relationships across the bank
• Excellent written and spoken English
• strong technical skills including MS Excel Skills (Pivot tables, Charts, Vlookups, Tables, data visualization), additional expertise would be considered as an advantage. MS PowerPoint to a competent level
• A high degree of integrity with an open, honest, and direct communication style and willingness to challenge inefficiencies within the system
• Flexible and able to work efficiently across multiple time zones
