Testing Quality Internship in Mumbai at Arrow Electricals India Limited

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases based on functional and technical specifications.
• Execute manual and automated testing to identify defects and ensure optimal software performance.
• Identify, document, and track defects using a defect management tool (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla).
• Re-test resolved issues and perform regression testing as required.
• Work closely with developers, product managers, and business analysts to understand requirements and design specifications.
• Provide feedback and recommendations to improve the quality of the product and development processes.
• Write and maintain automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, Cypress, or Appium.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing.
• Track and report key QA metrics such as defect density, test coverage, and test execution progress.
• Provide detailed test summary reports to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Knowledge of scripting languages for automation (e.g., Python, Java, or JavaScript).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
