About this Job
Hitachi is hiring for the role of Testing Engineer!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- To make test reports of transformers and reactors
- To analyze test results and take corrective steps
- Manpower handling
- To maintain calibration records of equipment
- To do NABL documentation as per ISO/IEC 17025
- Third-party witness testing at manufacturer premises. Quality checking of the transformer at manufacturer premises during in-process and final inspection.
- Analyzing the testing results and failure analysis of the transformer
- Preparing specifications for procuring reference standards, testing equipment, and test panels for testing and calibration purposes

Requirements:
- B.E in mechanical/electrical engineering
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience as a production supervisor in a large manufacturing industry
- Experience in the Transformer industry will be an added advantage
- Knowledge of Oil gas analysis
- Fosters a culture where safety is a priority and procedures and policies are followed
- Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required
