Hitachi is hiring for the position of Testing Engineer!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Execute testing according to schedule
- Prepare project test documentation
- Provide technical support during the installation of test objects in the test area
- Apply advanced test concepts and methods and schedule testing
- Assist the preparation of proposals for testing projects in one’s area of responsibility
- Assist in the preparation of tenders
- Follow work plans and cost estimates for work in one’s area of responsibility
- Ensure quality timely implementation within targeted cost
- Make risk assessments in one’s area of responsibility to assure safe systems of work and takes appropriate actions
- Report contract/quality/program/cost issues to management
- Assist with customer or official contacts and communication pertaining to test assignments or meetings
- Maintain network of Testing professionals and share best practices across different projects
- Use standard processes and tools and maintain/calibrate the tools
- Supervise technicians
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor of Engineering with Electrical as Educational Qualification
- 2 - 4 years experience in testing
- Proficiency to speak in English
