Data Patterns is hiring for the role of Testing & Debugging Engineer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Perform System-level maintenance and defect rectification activities at various customer places.
• Perform Deputation for system testing at designated customer places all over India.
• Perform Testing of ATE and RME modules.
• Perform Debugging of ATE and RME modules.
• Perform System-level debugging at the customer's place.
• Do Customer handling.
• Address customer query.
• Follow the CSS SP.
• Defect identification/defect rectification of modules on the shop floor.
• Perform Commissioning and Installation support onsite.
• Do Preparation of Service reports DI/DR reports and Failure Analysis.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of electronics / Defense related products
• Basic Knowledge of Module level/System level testing
• Knowledge of PCI, cPCI, VME and VPX test equipment usage
• Knowledge of Operating systems (Windows and Linux, (Fedora/Cent OS))
• Knowledge of RF circuits and their test equipment (Spectrum analyzer, Network Analyzer, Function generator and signal generator)
• Knowledge of digital electronics (ADC, DAC and BGA)
• Knowledge of Servo system
• Knowledge  DG set
• Knowledge of Wave guide pressurizer system concept
• Complaints closure followup
• Customer interaction
• Understanding the technical and non-technical complaints
• Knowledge of Customer Support handling
• Documentation skills & Communication skills
• Must have good knowledge of MS Office
• Willing to travel to Pan India
