3M is hiring for the role of Testing Associate!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Collaborate with the project team to gather and understand requirements related to performance testing.
• Develop test plans and test cases to ensure the effective performance testing of applications.
• Create test scripts using tools such as LoadRunner, VuGen, and JMeter.
• Design and execute performance tests to simulate various load conditions.
• Collect and analyze test results using tools like Splunk, AppDynamics, and Dynatrace.
• Share detailed performance test reports with the project team and provide timely responses to any queries or concerns.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining the ability to collaborate as a team player.
• Contribute to process improvements and help with continuous learning in performance testing best practices.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field, MCA (Master Of Computer Application), BBA with IT/Similar experience.
• Proficiency in performance testing protocols such as Web HTTP/HTML, SAP GUI, Ajax TruClient.
• Hands-on experience with performance testing tools, including LoadRunner (SaaS), VuGen, and JMeter.
• Familiarity with application monitoring tools such as Splunk, AppDynamics, and Dynatrace.
• Proficient in scripting languages such as C++, Java, or Python
• Strong understanding of performance testing concepts and best practices.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills to work with cross-functional teams and proficient in English language.
• Should be able to work both as a team member and as an independent contributor
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies along with potraying attention to details
