Testing and Project Senior Manager Job in Gurgaon at Citi Bank

Citi is hiring for the role of Testing and Project Senior Manager!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Lead test execution for medium/large migration programme across financial Operations
• Manage a team of testers and oversee their work
• Develop testing strategies and test plans
• Define end-to-end test plans, support test coverage design and work with Technology to secure environments for the testing lifecycle
• Create test documentation such as Test Approach, Test Runbook, Test Completion Report
• Manage traceability and test execution reporting incl. defect management
• Drive and solve test related challenges in client & release testing processes
• Provide leadership, training and mentoring to Test Management team

Requirements:

• Practical experience as a Testing Manager
• Financial services/banking experience required
• Experience in leading teams and coordinating tasks
• Understanding of Systems Development Life Cycle and Agile methodologies
• Highly preferred, strong knowledge about test management standards and practices i.e. ISTQB certification
• Communication and diplomacy skills and an ability to persuade and influence
• Experience with ITIL and/or Project Management will be an advantage
