Capgemini is hiring for the role of Test Manager!
Responsibilities of the Candidate :
- Defining test strategy, test approach, and quality governance for projects and programs.
- Defining test strategy, test approach, and quality governance for projects and programs.
- Risk-based testing, quality metrics, traceability, and release readiness assessments.
- Experience leading large testing teams (onsite/offshore).
- mentor team members, conduct performance reviews, and drive accountability.
Requirements :
- Knowledge of automation concepts and frameworks (hands-on not mandatory).
- Exposure to performance testing and non-functional testing areas.
- Basic understanding of modern cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Experience in vendor management and outsourcing models.
- Experience in budgeting, cost management, and project financial tracking.
- Domain knowledge in BFSI, Retail, Healthcare, Telecom, or other industries (as applicable).
