Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Participate in functional and technical discussions with clients and internal teams to understand functional and design specifications.
• Highlight performance concerns and inconsistencies during discussions.
• Prepare automated test scripts based on specifications.
• Maintain and update the test case suite to ensure comprehensive coverage.
• Ensure appropriate test environments and infrastructure are in place and kept up to date.
• Develop and continuously improve automated tests as new system features and enhancements are developed.
• Create work plans and monitor progress to ensure on-time delivery according to defined quality standards.
• Create reusable and scalable test automation frameworks.
• Develop test strategies and plans to guide testing efforts.
• Maintain test data to support testing activities.
• Submit status reports to minimize exposure and risks on the project or closure of escalations.
• Guide and mentor QA engineers in the use of the testing framework.
• Enhance the technical capabilities of QA engineers to increase productivity.
