Aritha Consulting Services Pvt Ltd is hiring for the role of Test Engineer - SDET!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Own the quality of an entire application/area by supporting all releases through TDD approaches, test designs, and test plans
• Maintain high test coverage with regressions suites, and test pipelines for all environments
• Create test automation framework/tools development as per the requirements to support the scalability, performance, and portability of the test suites
• Take the initiative to learn the fundamentals of different coding languages and frameworks that would be useful for future scope of work
• Design scripts for automation of repetitive and routine tasks in CI/CD(Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery), Testing, or any other process
• Participate in software product development, focused on preventing Defects and bringing a broader quality lens to requirements and design

Requirements:

• Experience in Frontend automation testing and framework design using Java & Selenium.
• Experience with automation frameworks such as Cucumber (BDD)/TestNG/Rest Assured/Page Object Model/JUnit.
  Backend/API testing experience with strong basics and understanding of backend systems.
• Prior experience in devising optimal test strategies (including functional, non-functional, analytics, and automation) and test plans for short-term and long-term projects.
• Experience with relational databases and SQL queries.
   Good exposure, and hands-on with CI/CD practices and cloud-based infrastructure for executing Regressions suites, Smokes, Build Acceptance Tests (BAT) etc.
•  Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Experience Required: 2-8 years of experience as a software development engineer in test (SDET)
