Wipro is hiring for the role of Test Engineer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Understand test requirements and design test cases.
• Author test plans based on business requirements and testable requirements.
• Implement Wipro's Model-based testing approach for efficient test generation.
• Ensure peer review of test cases to minimize rework.
• Collaborate with the development team to identify and capture test cases.
• Define test criteria, parameters, and scope.
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Automate the test life cycle process using VB macros, scheduling, and GUI automation.
• Design and execute automation frameworks and reporting.
• Develop and automate tests for software validation by setting up test environments, designing test plans, developing test cases/scenarios/usage cases, and executing these cases.
• Ensure accurate and clear defect reporting.
• Detect bug issues and prepare defect reports and test progress reports.
• Adhere to Wipro/Customer SLAs and norms.
• Design and release timely test status dashboards at the end of each test cycle.
• Provide feedback on usability and serviceability, and trace results to quality risks.
• Maintain good quality interactions with customers through emails, fault report tracking, voice calls, and business etiquette.
• Ensure timely delivery of WSRs, Test execution reports, and dashboard updates.
• Update efforts accurately in eCube, TMS, and other project trackers.
• Respond promptly to customer requests and avoid internal or external complaints.
