About this Job
Qualitykiosk Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is hiring for the role of Test Engineer!
Responsibilities:
- Provide RCA (Root Cause Analysis) for incidents and prepare chronology.
- Support the Application Team with Service Requests (SR) and extract results from the database as required.
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience with APM (Application Performance Monitoring).
- Experience with APM monitoring tools like Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Grafana, and UIM.
- Experience with ticketing tools like Service Now, Jira, and ITSM.
- Good knowledge of SQL and Linux.
- Basic understanding of Java.
- Basic understanding of the Incident Management Process and Lifecycle.
- Basic understanding of SLA/KPIs.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Good decision-making, analytical, and time-management skills.
- Multitasking abilities.
