Wipro is hiring for the role of Test Engineer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Design and execute test plans, cases, and scenarios for software validation.
• Automate test processes using VB macros, scheduling, and GUI automation.
• Identify and capture test requirements with development teams.
• Implement Wipro's model-based testing methodology for efficient test generation.
• Ensure high-quality test case peer review to minimize rework.
• Set testing scope and criteria, including UAT involvement.
• Report and escalate identified defects clearly and accurately.
• Design and deliver timely test status dashboards to stakeholders.
• Provide usability and serviceability feedback, tracing impact to quality risks.
• Maintain excellent communication with customers regarding reports, tracking, and interaction.
• Deliver reports, updates, and dashboards accurately and on time.
• Maintain accurate time-tracking and respond promptly to customer requests.
• Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in engineering required.
• Strong understanding of test requirements and test case design.
• Expertise in manual and automation testing methodologies, including Wipro's model-based testing.
• Knowledge of various testing tools, automation tools, and their customization.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Time management and prioritization skills.
