Test Automation Engineer II Job in Bengaluru at CSG

CSG is hiring for the role of Test Automation Engineer II! 

Responsibilities of the Candidate: 

• Contribute to reviewing the overall architecture of hardware, software, and networking systems by composing a slightly complex test plan script, executing the tests, documenting the results, and analyzing the output
• Identify data needed for the test, and create new data or obtain existing data to meet the requirements of the test
• Works with test & defect management tools, test automation tools, and scripting languages
• Understand the requirements and perform basic design and development, maintenance of the automation & manual test suites as per project needs
• Perform automated and manual test execution for functional, application, regression, and integration tests
• Develop an understanding of the feature’s requirements and how the features are used
• Assist with the rollout of new or upgraded hardware, software, and networking system
• Participate in activities related to Agile and DevOps including planning, reviews, stand-ups, demos, retrospectives, and corrective actions etc.

Requirements: 

• 3 -5 years experience in creating/executing manual/automated test plans
• Knowledge in software testing; research, design, methodologies/processes, implementation and documentation
• Experience with testing tools and/or evaluation of testing tools
• Experience with test plan development and test environments
• Experience in planning and organizing test plan execution
• Technical experience in testing methodologies and procedures
• Ability to work under direct supervision on limited scope
• Experience in telecom/video/high-speed data domain preferred
