Test Analyst (Performance Engineering) Job in Gurgaon at Fidelity International

Fidelity International is hiring for the role of Test Analyst (Performance Engineering)!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Understand performance requirements, and  architectural dependencies at early stages
• Create high-quality stress, loa,d, and performance cases, and associated documents
• Design, build, execute,e and monitor performance tests
• Create and maintain the performance test CI/CD pipeline

Requirements:

• Experience in Performance testing and engineering, including experience exposure to analyzing application performance
• Troubleshoot performance issues and suggest potential tuning parameters to product dev teams
• Defining test suit which includes benchmarking, load, soa,k, and Resilience test.
• Ability to define chaos and execute chastest. Hands-on on JMeter etc.
• Hands-on on log monitoring tools like Elk.
• Experience working on various monitoring, profiling,g, and tuning tools e.g. New Relic, CA Wily, OEM
• Hands-on experience in analyzing Heap and Thread Dump.
• Able to accurately analyze performance results and present results and analysis in both technical and business language
• Good working knowledge of Cloud platforms like AWS.
• Hands-on experience in Jenkins and Github.
• Good knowledge of WebSphere and its performance counters
• Good understanding of J2EE technology Strong knowledge and working experience in Fund management.
• Knowledge of Agile software development life-cycle methodologies
• Experience of working with multi-cultural and geographically disparate teams
• Familiarity with the Mutual Funds and Investment Management industry
• Ability to understand functional specifications from the customer perspective and design appropriate acceptance tests
• Proven experience in driving automation for functional and non-functional testing.
• Ability to create and implement Performance automation framework to enable agile delivery.
