About this Job
Piramal Group is hiring for the role of Management Trainee!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Cover retail outlets in the respective territory
- Achieve assigned monthly target
- Responsible for the new outlet opening
- Responsible for new product launch
- Manage distributor in his assigned area
- Achieve POB target on a daily basis
- Ensure pob execution(secondary)
- Mobile reporting (attendance & sales) on a daily basis
- Responsible for repeat & frequent orders from outlets
- Responsible for merchandising & store branding
Requirements:
- 6 months to 1 year of sales experience in FMCG/Pharma/OTC industry
- Product understanding
- Negotiation
- Good local geographical Knowledge
- Local Language fluency
- Distributor Management
- Basic Calculation of retail scheme/ distributor scheme
