About this Job

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute territory sales plans to meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.

Identify new business opportunities within the assigned territory.

Manage relationships with existing clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Conduct regular market analysis to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and market trends.

Collaborate with marketing and product teams to implement promotional campaigns.

Monitor distributor/dealer performance and provide training and support as needed.

Track and report on sales performance metrics and suggest improvements.

Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.

Represent the company at trade shows, events, and customer meetings.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the territory.
  • Experience with CRM tools and sales analytics software.
  • Familiarity with the local market and customer base.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team of sales representatives (if applicable).
