Territory Sales Incharge (TSI) Job in Bangalore at Madhu Jayanti International Pvt. Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned territory
• Appoint, manage, and develop distributors within the territory
• Ensure proper stock availability and monitor inventory at distributor points
• Drive secondary sales through regular market visits and retailer engagement
• Expand retail network and increase product penetration in the market
• Implement company trade schemes, promotional activities, and marketing campaigns
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends and share feedback with management
• Ensure timely collection of payments and control outstanding dues
• Maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts
• Track and report daily sales activities, market coverage, and performan
