Alcon is hiring for the role of Territory Sales Executive!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Develop business plans and implement related activities like customer events, sales and marketing campaigns, and sales presentations necessary to achieve agreed objectives.
• Provide Key account/hospital network support and market access support; including referral networks.
• Maintain and enhance knowledge of products, product strategy, positioning, key messages, programs, company developments, customers, and competitors.
• Achieve agreed contact, coverage, and frequency targets through various communication channels.
• Sell directly to the end consumer/business purchaser or indirectly through various sales channels,
• Assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products, services, and/or solutions
• Develop and deliver sales bids, presentations, and proposals and conduct product demonstrations

Requirements:

• Have a deep understanding in the respective area and priority products.
• Maintain and enhance knowledge of products, product strategy, positioning, key messages, programs, company developments, customers, and competitors.
• Demonstrate Behavior in accordance with Alcon code of practice.
