- To achieve ABP despatch, retail and MS for assigned territory
- Strengthen prospect management at the channel
- Sales Enablers
- To improve customer experience
- Growth in Hero Genuine Accessories Sale
- Planning and driving the achievement of ABP(Despatch & Retail) and strategise on increasing the market share by leveraging the sales enablers.
