Hero is hiring for the role of Territory Manager - Parts!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Achieve Dispatch / Retail target for HGP & HGO by implementing business sales strategies (Sales Planning & Forecasting ) in assigned territory
- Strategize ways to increase penetration in the market by expanding the retailer network and building a sustainable relationship for steady growth. (MART/MCRT)
- Strengthen and expand the footprint by new distributor appointments within the approved geographies. (New HGPD Appointment)
- Implement schemes effectively, driving Top PGs & ABS parts in the AFM using market research and product knowledge (Competition Pricing, Packing, Market share)
Requirements:
- MBA
- 1-3 years of experience
- Skills/ Knowledge: Technical/Commercial skills (DMS & SAP), Channel Management, Market Research, Brand Building, Product Promotion, Creative thinking ability Communication /Presentation Skills, Proficiency in MS Office(Advanced Excel)
- Negotiation Skills & Conflict Management
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal interpersonal
