Territory Manager - Commercial Vehicles Job in Mysore at IDFC FIRST Bank

IDFC FIRST Bank is hiring for the role of Territory Manager - Commercial Vehicles! 

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Manage and undertake collections process for debts that have been assigned.
• Track the portfolio for specific buckets for the assigned area.
• Track and control the delinquency of the area, Bucket-wise and days past due-wise, and focus on non-starters.
• Allocate and achieve targets from agencies or in-house teams.
• Follow up with the default customers.
• Ensure adherence to the collection process and legal guidelines.
• Trace out absconded default customers and initiate the recovery process.
• Recommend legal actions for non-recoverable cases and follow up with the legal team for the closure of the cases.
• Maintain data for administrative work related to collection such as updating delinquent account history, providing and maintaining management information system reports, and reviewing collection feedback on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.

Requirements:

• Graduation: Any Graduate
• Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in rural assets
• Ability to assess customer needs and provide appropriate financing solutions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
