Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Strategize and plan HGP & HGO sales
• Increase market share by effective penetration
• Achieve revenue objectives by doing market research & analysis and suggesting appropriate measures
• Achieve Dispatch / Retail target for HGP & HGO by implementing business sales strategies (Sales Planning & Forecasting ) in assigned territory
• Strategize ways to increase penetration in the market by expanding the retailer network and building a sustainable relationship for steady growth. (MART/MCRT)
• Strengthen and expand the footprint by new distributor appointments within the approved geographies. (New HGPD Appointment)
• Implement schemes effectively, driving Top PGs & ABS parts in the AFM using market research and product knowledge (Competition Pricing, Packing, Market share)

Requirements:

• MBA
• 1-3 years of Experience
• Technical/Commercial skills (DMS & SAP)
• Channel Management
• Market Research, Brand Building, Product Promotion
• Creative thinking ability Communication /Presentation Skills
• Proficiency in MS Office(Advanced Excel)
• Align & Motivate Distributor team for High Performance.
