Tendering Executive Job in Mumbai at Alert Care & Construction Services Pvt. Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:

• Examine through incoming tenders and to note down tender details. 
• Preparing & uploading the tender documents online & final submission of tender or bid including BOQ. 
• Analyze tender documents and identify requirements and risks.
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary information for bid preparation.
• Prepare and submit bid proposals, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and requirements.
• Follow up with clients to track the progress of submitted bids and negotiate terms and conditions.
• Maintain a comprehensive database of tender documents and related information.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and changes in tendering regulations and requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to continually improve the tendering process.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in tendering, preferably in the same or related industry.
• Strong understanding of the tendering process and relevant regulations and requirements.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and tendering software.
