The Tech Hub is hiring for the role of Tender Manager!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Aspiring candidates should be capable of handling the following functions: Tender Search Bid Preparation - Technical Price Bid; E - tendering / E - Bidding / Reverse Auctions / Live Auctions; Prepare all tender documents in the specific formats related to the bid; Submit the documents in stipulated time limits as mentioned in NIT of tenders; Coordinate with the respective dept. for document procurement in process of tenders; Reporting bidding status online / offline on daily basis; Preparing Datasheet maintaining records on regular basis; Follow up with Vendors / OEM's / departments / clients; MIS Report preparation / competitive bidders comparison sheet; Collection of EMD / coordinate with accounts department for EMD / TENDER FEE; PROCUREMENT of EMD / post tendering works; Vendor Registration for Limited tenders; Attending pre bid / post bid meetings with customers; Maintaining Customer Relationship with existing / new clients; Tracking status of Tenders offers; Well versed with document controlling; Proficiency in Excel

• MIS Report; Excellent Written Verbal Communication in english. Preparation of Tenders & Procedures / Bidding and submission of Tenders. Uploading/Submitting the Documents (General/Technical/Commercial) in the ONLINE Platform. Liaison with Govt. Department for Vendor Registration
• Approvals and Renewal. Preparing the proposals (Technical & Commercial). Preparing & filling E-Tenders. Bid Making. Search Government Tenders. Follow-up with government clients Other Tender related works Searching tenders on relevant web portal Identifying bid opportunities
• and creating Bids in designated bidding systems Preparing all documents required for responses Preparing and submitting bid paperwork Coordinating Big opportunities with team to ensure bids are met in a timely and successful fashion Actively contributes to the development and implementation of all rules and procedures governing tendering and contract process

Requirements:

• Require a bachelor's degree in any area of specialty. Typically requires at least 1 year in Govt Sales as an individual contributor. Extensive knowledge of the function and department processes. Must be living in Pune Has to be familiar with outdoor sales. Have worked on Govt projects and closures. Candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in looking for tenders on different Government websites and shortlisting them. Should understand the process of filing of tenders
