Bayer is hiring for the role of Tender Executive!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• FDA Documentation: Coordination with Mfg. Locations Own & Loan Licensee for FDA Certificates and follow up. Procuring FDA certificates from local FDA through FDA Consultant
• Certifications: Prepare and follow up for all commercial certifications e.g. CA certificates on turnover, production & Sales for 5 years or 3 years, etc. as per requirement.
• Tenders: Tender preparation and submission – both online and manual – for the 2 legal entities – Sanofi India Ltd., & Sanofi-Synthelabo (I) Ltd.
• Digital Certificates: Procuring Digital Certificates for all Online Tenders for both the legal entities Sanofi India Ltd., & Sanofi-Synthelabo (I) Ltd.
• Special Rate Proposals: Follow up for special rate approvals and sanctions and maintain the Database.
• Deposits: Preparation of Earnest Money Deposit requests, control of EMD/Security Deposit receipts/ Bank Guarantees (BG)
• Bank Guarantees: Prepare bank guarantee letters and Contract letters (based on drafts received from tender sources after validation from Legal)
• Registration: Ensuring timely registration/renewals of Company and Products at Government Institutions
• Inquiries: To attend to all local purchase inquiries.
• Despatches: Ensure day-to-day despatch of mails meant for institutions, key accounts team
• Test reports: Maintaining product-wise test reports and responding to CFAs/HBDs/Team for their requirements
• Filing: Maintaining all tender copies in hard copy files and also in soft copy on the desktop as well as the internal server.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (Any advanced qualification is a plus).
• Minimum 2 – 3 years of pharmaceutical sales experience with a demonstrated performance track record
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and team skills
• IT literacy (basic knowledge and skills to utilize computers/tablets and related technology efficiently)
• Excellent command (both oral and written) of local native language
• English language skills are a plus
• Energetic, Enthusiastic, self-driven, organized & willing to work extensively in the field.
