Desirous Global Consulting is hiring for the role of Tender Engineer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Check various Tender Search systems on a daily basis and identify any contracts which may be of interest to the Company.
• Prepare The Tender Eligibility Criteria Checklist .
• Responsible for updating all spreadsheets, databases and company sales records and to produce reports as and when required.
• Monitoring of the bid management in order to ensure it is aligned with the organization's requirements
• To follow relevant procedures for Tender compilation.
• Responsible for ensuring tenders are submitted consistently ahead of the deadlines set by the tendering authority or body.
• Manage the tender submission through its entire life cycle.
• The position requires that tenders and business proposals meet all relevant specifications; are in line with the most recent best practices.

Requirements:

• Must have knowledge of all Tender Documents, Letters, Knowledge of Government departments, sectors etc.
• Clarification of bid conditions and management of the tender preparation, tender reviews and deadlines,
• Ability to coordinate several tasks at a time.
• Graduate, good communication skills, good in computers.
• Must have exposure of handling government tenders, can bring new business through tenders to the company.
• Candidates must have experience on searching Tenders on various sites & he have experience on tender documentation.
• Must be willing to travel.
• Should have strong analytical and technical skills.
• Decent Hindi speaking skills
