SquadStack is hiring for the role of Telesales Partner!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Engage with potential clients, educating them on products, market trends, and benefits.
• Build rapport and trust with clients, providing personalized solutions to meet their needs.
• Drive sales and close deals for brands across various sectors, including healthcare, lending, brokerage, and real estate.
• Stay informed about industry trends and market dynamics to offer valuable insights.
• Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining high ethical standards.
• Utilize CRM software to effectively manage client interactions and sales processes, keeping complete transparency.
• Maintain a zero-tolerance policy for mis-selling or fraudulent activities.

Requirements:

• 0-1 years of experience in tele sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
• A minimum of a Graduate Degree.
• Proficiency in English and Hindi; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Ability to work from our Noida office.
