• Collaborating with the sales team to achieve sales targets and goals.
• Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers to enhance their overall experience.
• Keeping accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and feedback.
• Staying informed about product updates, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
• Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any additional concerns.
• Adhering to established scripts and guidelines for effective communication.

Requirements:

• UG: Any Graduate
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous experience in telesales or chat support is preferred.
• Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering excellent service.
• Ability to handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
