As a sales telemarketer, your primary responsibility is to make outbound calls to potential customers and promote products or services. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building rapport and trust with customers. Additionally, you may need to maintain call records, update databases, and meet sales targets set by the company. The role requires a proactive and persuasive approach to drive sales and contribute to the company's revenue goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided contact lists.
• Introduce products or services to prospects and highlight their benefits.
• Engage in active listening to understand customer needs and preferences.
• Answer customer inquiries and address any objections they may have.
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information about products or services.
• Use persuasive techniques to encourage prospects to make a purchase or take action.
• Maintain call logs and update customer databases with relevant information.
• Meet daily, weekly, or monthly sales targets set by the company.
• Qualifications:
• Only female candidate Preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
• Good knowledge of the products or services being offered.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
• High school diploma or equivalent (higher education may be preferred).
