Telesales Executive Job in Panvel at Space India Builders and Developers

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to promote and sell our products or services
• Build and maintain a pipeline of leads through proactive prospecting and lead generation techniques
• Engage potential customers in effective sales conversations to understand their needs, address objections, and highlight the benefits of our products or services
• Deliver persuasive sales pitches, product presentations, and demonstrations to potential customers
• Continuously develop sales skills and techniques through training programs and self-learning initiatives

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Telesales Executive or similar sales role, preferably in a related industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers over the phone and build rapport
• Strong persuasive and negotiation skills, with the ability to close sales deals effectively
• Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as part of a team
