Telesales Executive Job in Delhi at Ostello India Pvt. Ltd.

We have an exciting job opportunity at Ostello, a growing community driven marketplace platform working with offline/online coaching institutes in India.

Responsibilities:

• Telephonic marketing, data entry and business development by giving product demo, product benefits to local offline institutes & online Ed tech platforms.
• Onboarding Suppliers on Ostello’s platform – (K-12 Coaching institution, Engineering, Medical & Skill based Platforms)
• Post onboarding converting them for taking up our Production support plan for videos, Visual appearance & Content & SEO on our web page for growing reach.
• Promote the company’s products/services
• Keep records of conversations with existing and potential clients and regular follow-ups to close each open conversation in due time.
• Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
• Study various verticals, identify potential suppliers and lead generation.
• Send regular updates to the management and actively participate in the sales and BD team discussions
• Working in marketing and pre-sales activities.

Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any field
• Self-motivated and willing to learn new skills
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
• Proficiency in Hindi, English - Attention to detail
