About this Job
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound sales calls to Health Care Memberships.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and market trends.
- Build and nurture client relationships for long-term engagement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong selling skills – mandatory.
- Fluency in Hindi is required; English is an added advantage.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in outbound sales, preferably in:
- 1st Preference: Health Insurance
- 2nd Preference: Life Insurance
- 3rd Preference: Credit Card and Loan Sales
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
