About this Job
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospects from provided leads lists.
- Present and explain product/service features and benefits to potential customers.
- Listen to customer needs and tailor sales pitches accordingly.
- Overcome objections and negotiate terms of sale.
- Update customer information and sales activities accurately in the database.
- Meet or exceed weekly/monthly sales targets.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
