About this Job
Responsibilities:
- Drive Business Loan sales via Tele-calling including convincing the customers & document collection.
- Explain various Business Loan products from different Banks and guide the customer in choosing the right product as per the lifestyle.
- Act as a responsible financial advisor and help the customer in taking the right decision.
- Build a long terms relationship with the customer.
- Follow the compliance & other Product/company and partner requirements.
- Follow-up with the Bank to drive logins & approval.
Requirements and skills:
- Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
- Excellent knowledge of English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
