About this Job

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers and explain product features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Identify and qualify sales opportunities by understanding customer needs and matching them with suitable products or services.
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets by effectively managing leads, follow-ups, and closing deals.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the company's products or services and stay updated with industry trends and competitor offerings.
  • Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software or other sales tools to track sales activities, maintain customer records, and generate reports.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and provide feedback on market trends, customer preferences, and potential improvement areas.
  • Resolve customer complaints or issues by providing appropriate solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Continuously enhance product knowledge and sales skills through training programs and self-learning initiatives.
  • Stay proactive in identifying new sales opportunities, such as upselling or cross-selling, to maximize revenue.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or a related role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a clear and persuasive phone manner.
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities to convert leads into sales.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers.
  • Target-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM software or sales tools for lead management and reporting.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple leads and tasks simultaneously.
  • Resilience and the ability to handle rejection in a professional manner.
  • Self-motivated and proactive approach to work, with a strong desire to achieve and succeed.
  • Knowledge of the product or service being offered and the industry is an advantage.
