Key Responsibilities:

- Cross-sell personal loans and other financial products based on customer needs.
- Handle customer queries efficiently and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain a database of customer interactions and follow up for conversions.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Collaborate with the sales and collections team to achieve targets.
