Justdial is hiring for the role of Telemarketing Executive!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Generating appointments for the Marketing Executives by calling on free listings and persuading them to register their businesses with Justdial.
- Educating the customers about the Products, benefits and services of Justdial.
- Understanding the customer needs and suggesting products related to business advertisement.
- Converting Free Listing to Paid Listing and Premium Paid Listing.
Requirements:
- Passionate individuals are eager to make a difference in the sales domain.
- Open to both fresher talent and experienced professionals seeking a new challenge.
- Must be personable, self-motivated, and target-driven.
- Excellent communication skills in Tamil & Malayalam
- Demonstrated ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
- Customer-centric approach, with a willingness to go the extra mile to enhance user experience.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
