Telemarketing and Office Assistant Job in Delhi at Krs Forex Services Pvt Ltd

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact potential customers via telephone to introduce our services.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Assist with general office tasks, such as managing incoming/outgoing calls, email correspondence, and postal mail.
• Accurately enter and update data in the company's databases and systems.
• Maintain and organize files, records, and documents in both physical and electronic formats.

Qualifications and Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or relevant coursework is a plus.
• Proven experience in telemarketing, customer service, or office administration is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems.
