We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Field Sales and Telemarketing Executive to join our dynamic team. As a Field Sales and Telemarketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and driving revenue growth. Your primary responsibility will be to generate new business leads through both field sales activities and telemarketing/cold calling efforts. You will travel to various locations to meet potential clients face-to-face, as well as engage with prospects over the phone to introduce them to our company and our range of products.

Education: Graduate/diploma holders

Responsibilities:

·        Conduct telemarketing and cold calling campaigns to identify potential clients and establish initial contact.

·        Plan and execute field sales activities to generate new business leads and achieve sales targets.

·        Conduct effective and persuasive telemarketing calls to introduce our company, products, and services to potential clients.

·        Effectively communicate our value proposition and competitive advantages to prospective clients both in person and over the phone.

·        Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and quotas.

Requirements:

·        Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport with clients and effectively convey product information.

·        Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities to close deals and meet sales targets.

·        Proven experience in telemarketing and cold calling, with a track record of successful lead generation and sales conversion.

·        Willingness to travel extensively and work remotely, often spending significant time on the road meeting clients.

·        Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time and resources.

·        Strong business acumen and the ability to understand customer needs and align them with our products.
