Description
We are seeking a Telecollection Officer with a focus on credit card and unsecured loan products. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 6 months experience in telecollection. DRA Certification is preferred, but non-DRA candidates will also be considered. Join our team and contribute to our success in managing collections effectively.
Responsibilities
- Contact customers for overdue payments
- Negotiate payment plans with customers
- Maintain accurate records of interactions with customers
- Follow up with customers on payment commitments
- Escalate unresolved cases to the appropriate department
Requirement
- Minimum 6 months of experience in tele collection
- DRA Certification preferred, but not mandatory
