About this Job

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate outgoing calls to prospects and customers using the provided contact list or leads database.
  • Promote the company's products or services to potential customers, explain their benefits, and persuade them to express interest or make a purchase. Generate leads for the sales team by identifying potential customers.
  • Follow up with existing customers to maintain a relationship, address their queries, and cross-sell or upsell products or services.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, including call logs, details of inquiries, and outcomes, in the company's CRM or database.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the company's offerings, including features, pricing, and promotions, to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Address customer concerns and objections effectively, providing suitable solutions or escalating complex issues to the appropriate department.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, and sales conversion as set by the management.
  • Collect customer feedback and insights during calls, and share valuable market feedback with the team or management. Prepare and submit regular reports on call performance, lead status, and outcomes.
  • Adhere to the company's code of conduct and represent the organization in a professional and positive manner during calls.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies related to telecalling and data protection.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills and a clear and pleasant phone manner.
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities to effectively convey the value proposition to customers.
  • Ability to handle objections and difficult conversations with professionalism and empathy.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software or call center tools.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting targets and deadlines.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude, resilience, and a willingness to learn and adapt to changes in the calling approach.
