Telecalling Executive Job in Gurgaon at Basic Home Loan

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services.
• Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries in a professional manner.
• Explain product features, benefits, and offers clearly and persuasively.
• Maintain a database of customer information and update it regularly.
• Generate leads, follow up, and convert them into sales opportunities.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance retention.
• Escalate complex issues to the team leader/manager when necessary.
• Prepare and submit daily call reports to the management team.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent verbal communication skills in [English/Hindi/Regional Language as required].
• Strong listening and convincing ability.
• Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
