Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Dealer Engagement: Make outbound calls to dealers to onboard them and increase vehicle procurement, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Grievance Resolution: Act as the first point of contact for dealers, addressing their queries and resolving issues promptly to maintain strong relationships.
• Scheme Management: Communicate and promote monthly schemes effectively to dealers, driving participation and achieving sales targets.
• NPS Improvement: Contribute to enhancing the Net Promoter Score (NPS) by delivering excellent customer service and building trust with dealers

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and build rapport over calls.
• Proactive problem-solving skills to address and resolve dealer grievances efficiently.
• Sales-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets and contributing to revenue growth.
• Basic knowledge of customer service principles and experience in handling B2B relationships is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
