Cars24 is hiring for the role of Telecalling Associate!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Effectively communicate the benefits of our services, share promotional offers, and address customer concerns or objections. Use CRM and lead management systems to monitor interactions and ensure timely follow-up. Booking Appointments:
• Schedule car checkups, capturing accurate details such as vehicle model and preferred time. Work with the Footfall Team to confirm available time slots and ensure the customer is booked for the correct service. Send appointment reminders to customers to ensure they’re prepared and attend their scheduled checkups. Coordination with Footfall Team:
• Collaborate with the Footfall Team to ensure seamless scheduling and coordination, sharing customer information and appointment details as needed. Customer Relationship Building:
• Build positive, professional relationships with potential customers by providing excellent phone support and service. Data Management & Reporting:
• Maintain precise, up-to-date records of customer interactions, leads, and appointments within the CRM system. Provide regular reports to management on call outcomes, appointment success, and lead conversion performance.

Requirements:

• Proven track record in telecalling, sales, or customer service, ideally within the automotive or service industries.
• Familiarity with CRM systems or lead management tools is highly preferred.
• Exceptional verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage leads in a professional and effective manner.
• Strong objection-handling abilities, with a knack for offering solutions or incentives to convert leads into confirmed appointments.
• Meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple leads, appointments, and follow-ups simultaneously.
• Capacity to work efficiently and meet performance targets in a fast-paced environment.
• A customer-centric approach with the ability to build rapport and maintain a friendly, professional demeanor throughout customer interactions. Skilled at understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions to meet them.
• Comfortable using digital tools, CRM systems, and other relevant software for managing leads and appointments.
• Knowledge of the automotive industry or experience working in car service/maintenance sectors is a plus.
• Previous experience handling lost leads or appointment scheduling would be beneficial.
