Exalogic Sales Consulting is hiring for the role of Telecaller Sales Executive!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to potential students through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
• Follow-up: Maintain regular follow-up with prospective students to provide information and answer their queries about Exc Academy's programs.
• Sales Conversion: Convert leads into enrollments by effectively communicating the benefits and features of Exc Academy’s courses.
• Customer Relationship Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions with prospects and students in the CRM system.
• Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from potential and current students to improve services and identify areas of improvement.
• Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the academy.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and academic teams to align sales strategies with the academy’s goals.

Requirements: 

• Education: Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Experience: Proven experience as a telecaller or in a similar sales/customer service role
• Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office
  • Ability to handle objections and solve customer concerns
