Telecaller or HR recruiter Job at Technologent solution

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services
• Use scripts to introduce products or services and explain their features and benefits
• Identify customer needs and provide solutions or alternatives to meet those needs
• Schedule appointments for sales representatives to follow up with potential customers
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Follow up with customers who have expressed interest in products or services
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
• Continuously improve knowledge of products and services to effectively answer customer questions
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop new strategies for generating leads and increasing sales
• Adhere to all telemarketing regulations and company policies

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework in business or marketing is a plus
• 0-1 years of experience in telemarketing or telesales, preferably in a B2B environment
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with customers
• Strong sales skills, including persuasion and objection handling
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM systems
• Knowledge of telemarketing regulations and compliance requirements
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
